New country artist Kip Moore can be heard first on 100.7 The Wolf!
Moore’s first single “Mary was the Marring Kind,” from his debut album, is about a girl that got away, but left a lasting impression on him. Moore grew up in a small town of Tifton, Georgia inspired by artist like Bruce Springsteen and Kris Kristofferson. Moore’s music comes from a lot of personal experience and he helped write the songs on his album including “Marry was the marring kind,” and “Something about a truck.” Both songs reminisce about girls when he was young. “Something about a truck,” has upbeat melodies that make it a great summer date song.
