Rustic Window & Music Stand Light /Upcycled MakeUp Mirror

Several months ago my FBP made a dressing table for me out of a piece that we found at the Fremont Market. You may remember this:
I wanted to find a reclaimed window and have my FBP upcycle it into a mirror for my dressing table. I'm not sure how he does these things, but all I have to do is ask and suddenly he'll show up with this amazing upcycled piece of genius!
I found this reclaimed window at The Re Store in Ballard for SEVEN DOLLARS!
There was beveled glass inside the window that my FBP busted out, and then he replaced it with a mirrow he found at The Re Store too for a couple of dollars.
If you notice on top of the mirror is a really cool vintage light. We went back to The Re Store (yes, we really like this place), and I found this light tucked away on the bottom shelf. My FBP noticed right away that it's from an old music stand. We got the light for around $15.
He attached the light to the top of the mirror, and I love that it has this really cool twist type switch to turn the light on.
For less than $25 we made a quirky new addition to our comfy Queen Anne condo. I just love it!
We are still on the hunt for two industrial style bar stools no taller than 24 inches in height to go with the reclaimed wood bar that my FBP made last week.

I decided to log off of social media for the weekend in hopes of being productive. And I was, if you call playing with makeup "productive." Maybe next time I'll actually brush my hair, too. ;)
