New Year, New Year's Resolution! Mine is always, start the South Beach diet! And I will stick to it for 2 weeks, then begin to add back in things I love like wheat pasta and bread. But for now, no alcohol and no carbs or sugar!
This is what I'm eating today!
Breakfast:
Coffee with a little cream
2 hard boiled eggs
Snack:
Celery stick w/ peanut butter
Lunch:
Salad w/ Roast Chicken, cabbage, onion, parsley, and fennel with a Lemon olive oil dressing
Snack:
Handful of peanuts
Dinner:
South Beach Tacos - Use cabbage leaves as the tortillas!
Made them with fresh ground turkey and a package of taco mix.
Use fresh veggies, salsa, and a little cheese as the topping!
You are so inspiring! I started Weight Watchers right before the Holidays...bad idea (lol). I'm back on track now though. I got my little Shitzu back from my ex last weekend so I'm walking her twice a day. Of course, I had to start this during the coldest part of the year..ugh. Anyway, thanks for sharing.
