Seattle Auto Show & Huge Chevy Truck
The Seattle Show is shaking down this week!
Make sure you click HERE to find out more!!!

The great Folks at the Seattle Auto Show hooked me up with an AMAZING CHEVY TRUCK!  This is not sure any CHEVY, it is a brand new CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500!
Have you seen these BEAUTIES yet?  Check out some of the AMAZING FACTS about the  2013 SILVERADO 1500!

With a broad range of body styles and proven, fuel-efficient powertrains, the 2013 Silverado 1500 can tackle just about any job a truck owner can imagine – from hauling equipment and a crew to a job site to towing a camper for a family vacation.

Reflecting the importance of low cost of ownership to full-size pickup customers, Silverado continues to offer proven V-8 power with an EPA highway estimate of 21 mpg for mainstream 2WD or 4WD models, and a 22-mpg highway estimate for the Silverado XFE.

Silverado’s capable, efficient powertrains have helped make it the most dependable, longest-lasting full-size pickup, backed by a five-year/100,000-mile limited powertrain warranty.

Silverado 1500 offers a full lineup of pickups to meet almost any need, including WT, LS, LT, XFE and LTZ models, as well as the unique Silverado 1500 Hybrid – the industry’s only hybrid full-size truck. Silverado 1500 models are available in three cab styles – regular, extended and crew cab – as well as three cargo box lengths: 5 foot 8 inches (short), 6 foot 6 inches (standard) and 8 foot (long).

Powertrain grade braking is now included in all six-speed automatic transmissions. This feature reduces brake rotor temperatures 100 degrees Celsius on grade tests by downshifting transmission gears, thereby reducing brake applications on long downhill conditions.

Are you DROOLING YET? Click HERE for amazing pictures and video's from the horses mouth!

Silverado 1500 offers a comprehensive array of features that make it an excellent choice for towing and hauling, including:
  • StabiliTrak with trailer sway control and hill-start assist
  • Tow-haul mode for automatic transmissions
  • The new-for-2013 powertrain grade braking (both in and out of tow-haul mode)
  • Available Integrated trailer brake controller
  • Available max trailering package (10,700-pound / 4,853 kg maximum trailer weight rating)
  • Available rear vision camera.

Pretty amazing right?  Make sure to stop by and see on this week at the Seattle Auto Show

Do You Have Post-Election Depression?

So your candidate — the person you rooted for and rallied behind — didn’t win. Post-election heartache feels like it’ll last forever, but time heals all political wounds.

Here Are 8 Steps To Deal With Post Election Depression:

Step 1: Write a "grief letter"

Write a letter expressing all the things you loved and admired about your candidate, as well as their shortcomings and your overall feelings about their loss at the polls. This letter is for your eyes only, so feel free to unload.

Step 2: Distance yourself

Don’t torture yourself by watching hours of old campaign footage or post-election coverage. Go out and have some non-political fun with your friends, and give yourself some time to heal that’s far, far away from the news media.

Step 3: Trash your propaganda

Collect every photo, poster, and piece of memorabilia associated with your candidate, and toss it in the trash. Alternately, if you need more closure, arrange for a ceremonial backyard burial.

Step 4: Don't beat yourself up

Don’t beat yourself up. You’re still a great person, and this isn’t your fault. You did everything you could, but for whatever reason, the voting public just didn’t think it was meant to be.

Step 5: Don't move to Canada

In a fit of enthusiasm, you swore that if your candidate didn’t win, you’d move to Canada. Don’t worry. No one took you seriously.

Step 6: Release a balloon

To symbolize “letting go,” tie a picture of your candidate to a helium balloon and release it into the wind.

Step 7: Treat yourself

Devote a day to indulgence, and make yourself feel great. You don’t need a candidate to make you feel like you can conquer the world!

Step 8: Support another candidate

We know you’re grieving right now, but someday, you’ll be able to support another candidate. When that day comes, you’ll be able to rally behind your new pick with the same fervor and passion—or maybe even more.
