Fight the Fat! Eat a BURGER! Yes, really!!!

Let's eat burgers every day and lose weight!!!  

No really! 

This is Day 4, and I've been eating burgers ALL week!  

Last night I made Lemon Garlic Salmon Burgers!  Here's how I did it...

Lemon-Garlic Salmon Burgers

8 oz. fresh Alaskan salmon (previously frozen) 
zest of 1 lemon
handful of fresh chopped parsley
2 cloves minced garlic
1 egg
3/4 cup of panko bread crumbs

Marinade:

1 lemon juiced
squirt Dijon mustard
use something hot...I used Sambol Oleleck (Asian hot sauce) 
1 tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper

Mince the salmon with your knife, then put into a large bowl.  Add the lemon zest, garlic, parsley, egg, and panko.



Mix the marinade together in a jar and shake it all together.  Then add 3 to 4 tbsp. of marinade to the tuna mixture.

Form into burgers.  Then bake at 425 degrees for 14 minutes.  



Serve with your favorite veggies and enjoy Burger Night!!
