Dance Like The Wolf Boot Scoot Troop

You may have seen the Wolf Boot Scoot Troop this past summer at Watershed or one of the many concerts around town.  Now, you can dance like the BST!

This is one of the most recent dances the team has learned and performed.  I choreographed this "Fake Out' line dance, and it is Intermediate/ Advanced level.  Dance this a couple times around your house, and you will burn plenty of country calories!

Combine line dancing with a some healthy meals, and you can get started on burning off a few pounds the fun way!  C'mon, try it with me!

Let's get started!
