Vacation ususally is awesome when most of us get a chance to take one.
I got a chance to do that this last week. And had a few troubles in the airport, I got selected to go through 'special' screening that nearly made me miss my flight, left my cell phone in Alaska Air boarding area, that was found thank god! But oh wait there is more, I made a special friend in the Bearthooth Mountain Foothills.
A BLACK BEAR! Yes an actual flipping HUGE BLACK BEAR was waiting for me when I strolled out of the cabin!!!
He was eating some kind of birdfeeder seed. Just sat and looked up at me like 'whatever!"
After I came out of what was a state of shock, what was the first thing I did? Yup grab the phone and snap a picture not run! I had to call the Fish and Game Dept. to come remove the bear out of the yard later that day. He stayed in the same spot for nearly two hours!
